Making Our Communities Stronger

Mission Trip 2015
Mission Trip 2015

Our church has a heart for missions, and we desire to impact lives of many people, not only here in Colleyville, but in surrounding communities, near and far. Our missions programs not only assist people in our community, but they also helps us build strong bonds within our church family. We encourage all of our members and visitors to partake in at least one of our various mission projects this year. Take the tools God has equipped you with to help spread the word and love of God.

Purpose of Missions

The purpose of missions is to serve people in need and spread God’s love to the dark and broken places of our world. All over the world there are people starving, individuals who cannot afford clothes, and homes being destroyed. We use our resources, energy, and time to provide aid and share the light of Christ in our local and global community.

Community Impact

The impact we have on our local and global communities is tremendous, and it is only possible through our congregation’s dedication and leadership in missions. Feeding children in need, clothing those without a coat, and financially supporting those who cannot pay their rent are not things we do to feel good about ourselves. We take what we have learned from Scripture and truly ask ourselves the well known phrase, “what would Jesus do?” Providing grace, love, and care to those in need can make a lasting impact on individuals and families going through a difficult time.
