Facilities Use
The buildings and campus of the First United Methodist Church exist for the glory of God and to facilitate Christian ministry to spirit, mind, and body. Groups or individuals may use the facilities with approval if they meet the following criteria:
- The activity or function is in keeping with the Book of Discipline of the United Methodist Church.
- The activity or function does not adversely affect ongoing Church programs.
- The activity or function will not damage Church property or endanger people.
- The activity or function does not violate non-profit regulations.
- The individual or group follows the guidelines for scheduling and using the facilities, along with paying the appropriate usage fees, including any setup and cleaning fees, in a timely fashion.
All who use these facilities to this end are welcome.
The following policies are to insure that adequate care is given to protect the congregation, campus, and guests so that all may enjoy their benefits.
