You are such a vital part to the success of our annual Holiday Extravaganza craft fair. This year we are expecting record numbers of attendees, but it will not be worthwhile without the following:

  • Silent Auction Items

  • Volunteers (still need 40% of available spots covered)

Silent Auction Items

We have less than half of the items we had last year and the value is only about 25%. Remember, this is for our apportionments (learn more). We as a church have committed over $12,000 in giving to this fund, and this is the event used to raise that money.

Don’t know what to donate? Here is a list to get you started:

  • Kids toys
  • Home goods
  • Art supplies
  • Coffee baskets
  • Artwork
  • Sports memorabilia

Free/low cost items you could donate!

Don’t want to risk buying an item and having it sell for less than face value? We don’t blame you! Donate your time and skills. This is a great way to market yourself if you have a small business & possibly meet new people and share great memories while providing a great service to the event. Here are some ideas:

  • Babysitting
  • Host a dinner
  • Pet sitting
  • Art lesson
  • Singing/instrumental lesson
  • Tour the town (for those who know Dallas or Fort Worth really well)
  • Special recipe item


Lastly, we absolutely need volunteers for this amazing community event to run smoothly. This is a great way to make an impression on our community and introduce them to the church, during a day of holiday shopping and enjoyment.
