You are invited to join the Art and Faith Sunday School class as they visit the Museum of Biblical Art on Sunday, March 3. They’ll meet at the church at 12:15 PM, head to Dallas for lunch at El Fenix, and then visit the museum.
Come join them, and get inspired by these beautiful Biblical works of art!
Join Pastor Anne-Marie for a five-week Lenten study at FUMCC! This year, we will be walking through, “Remember: God’s Covenants and the Cross” by Rev. Susan Rob. Through the weeks leading up to Easter, we will explore the way that God’s promises reveal God’s character, as we study the covenants with Noah, Abraham, Moses, and David, followed by the new covenant established on Maundy Thursday. This Lenten journey culminates with an examination of the cross as another example of God’s promise for a new world. Join us as we remember the God who always remembers us!
Our 5-week Bible Study will meet on Tuesday, February 20th – March 19th, from 7:00-8:15 p.m. This Bible Study will be a hybrid format, which means you can participate in-person or online via Zoom.

Pastor Mike is leading a Lenten Prayer Retreat during the Sunday School hour beginning Sunday, February 18. We will listen for God’s voice as we pray scripture and look at how art tells the Easter story. The retreat will meet Sundays 2/18-3/31 from 10:15-11:00am in the Sanctuary. All are welcome to join!
Join Director of Pastoral Outreach, Will Keck, for a new short-term class, “Resolutions: Making Lasting Change.” The class is hybrid so you can join in-person or online. It will meet 6:15-7:30pm on Mondays, January 22 through February 26. During this study, we will learn about equipping and empowering ourselves to make lasting changes in our lives, whether it is personal goals or the change that Christ calls us to. Join us in the event center on Sunday December 17 at 6pm for a Christmas concert with the praise band. There will be contemporary Christmas music as well as familiar carols we can all sing along to.

Join us as the Chancel Choir celebrates the music of the season with our Christmas Cantata. The cantata will be presented in both worship services on Sunday, December 10. Both services will be in the Sanctuary.
This Advent Season, join Pastor Mike in his Christmas Cards from the Masters series as he looks at a great piece of art to help us listen for God’s voice. The three week class will meet in the Sanctuary at 10am on Sundays, December 3, 10 and 17. All are welcome; no registration required.
On Sunday December 3, from 10:30-11am, join us in the Narthex as we celebrate our Confirmands. You will have an opportunity to offer a blessing for each Confirmand and welcome them to the church.
