Church Closure Information
All in-person church events and activities are suspended through Sunday, April 5. The church office will be closed, and staff will work remotely. We currently are unable to receive church phone calls remotely, so please call 682-292-8912 for immediate assistance. You can also contact the church through email at or by emailing a staff member directly. If you do call the church office number, 817-281-5254, a staff member will check voicemail once a day, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you or someone you know are in need of help with groceries, supplies, financial assistance, or someone to talk to, please contact our church by phone or email. We have staff and volunteers ready to assist.
Just as we did on March 15, we will only have online worship at 10 a.m. on Sundays until we can resume in-person activities. We will not meet for in-person worship or Sunday School. More information to come soon about how to worship with us online.
If you have a prayer request, please email it to or call 682-292-8912. Pastor Katie will then communicate it with the Prayer Team.
Offering and Giving Information
The launch of “Taking the Next Step” Stewardship Campaign scheduled for today, Sunday, March 15, will be delayed until this crisis passes. In the meantime, members and friends of the church are encouraged to use these giving options:
- Simply text the amount you want to give to 817-330-6093 and follow the prompts.
- You can download our new app for Android and iOS devices. Search for the Church by MinistryOne app. Select First United Methodist Church of Colleyville as your church and tap “Giving.”
- On our church website at this link.
- Mail your tithes to our church (1000 Church St. Colleyville, TX).
Stay Up to Date
We will continue to communicate with you all about any changes through email, our church Facebook, and the church website. If you know of a fellow church member that does not receive our email, we appreciate you passing the word along to them. If you lead a small group, Sunday School class, or ministry, please communicate this information with them as well, so that everyone is informed.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and cooperation in keeping our congregation, your groups, and our community safe and healthy.
