Want to see a Sermon? Join the Art & Faith Sunday School class for lunch at Black Walnut followed by a trip to the Kimbell Art Museum on Sunday July 9, after the 11:11 worship service.
You often hear it said, “I’d rather see a sermon than hear one.” Each Sunday at 10AM, the Art & Faith Sunday School class does just that when we come together and engage a great piece of art from the Christian tradition. Believe it or not, Da Vinci, Caravaggio, and Rembrandt preached but instead of using words, they used paint and canvases.
The class invites all who are connected with the church to join them on Sunday, July 9 immediately following the 11:11 Worship Service for lunch at the Colleyville Black Walnut and a trip to the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth. This will be the first of many field trips undertaken by the class. Please join us!
